Full House: Exclusive group stays at South Hill House

South Hill House is a Georgian manor built around 1810, tucked into private grounds on the quiet Westmeath/Meath border. These rooms hold the warmth of gatherings across two centuries, now welcoming large groups spread comfortably throughout the house. It's a cosy retreat for family reunions, cherished celebrations, and slow weekends among friends. Make use of the self-catering kitchen and welcoming common rooms made for fireside dinners and gatherings.

11,000 sq ft on private grounds, with a tree-lined avenue. The house comfortably sleeps large groups of up to 52 guests across 21 bedrooms, including 15 en suite and 4 two-bedroom suites. The house offers full kitchen use for easy self-catering and welcoming common spaces for dinners, functions, and celebrations.

Exclusive access to the entire house is yours for the duration of your stay. Of the 21 bedrooms, three sit in a ground-floor annex connected by an internal hallway, one of which is wheelchair accessible, while the remaining eighteen are upstairs across the first and second floors. Ground-floor common spaces are yours to use, including the kitchen, drawing room, ballroom, parlour, and front foyer. Outside, the grounds offer a football pitch and a pleasant 1km walking path circling the perimeter. Pets are welcome with advance notice. While a vehicle is recommended for your stay, bus rentals are also available for an additional cost.
